Membership policy	Full library access: all HSE West (Limerick, Clare and North Tipperary) staff must produce HSE West identification to use the library. All library users can borrow two books for 14 days. Regular loan items can be renewed twice via phone, email or in person (on the basis that the item has not been requested). Short term loan items may be borrowed for up to 3 days and can NOT be renewed. Journals and reference material can ONLY be consulted within the library. All HSE West users must produce the relevant identification to obtain access to the Internet. The Internet application forms can be obtained at the library desk. Reference only access: clinical attachments/observers, UL students and students from other libraries with a letter of introduction and identification.
